Hi Reader, Welcome to my first Newsletter! Please excuse this lengthy email because I’m so excited to share my thoughts. For 3 years I've been studying and learning my craft by taking Action in my business and my health. My mission is to empower women to know it’s never too late to Invest in her health in order to lose weight and gain energy. My signature system gives women the knowledge and skills to take massive ACTIONS by setting herself as a priority. Women who are high speed doers often prioritize everyone else’s needs before their own, leaving them depleted of precious energy. Women come to me because they lack the Confidence & Knowledge about how to make the necessary changes that move the needle on their weight. If you want better health, it’s imperative that you make better choices. This is what I help women do. Often a woman doesn’t realize how compromised she is, all she knows is she doesn’t feel well and nothing she tries seems to help. I want to be the voice of change because it wasn’t too long ago I was there myself. You see, the problem I help women solve is insulin resistance: when the cells of your muscles, fat and liver don’t respond well to insulin and can’t use glucose from your blood for energy! For years, I tried to eat “healthy” to lose the weight I had gradually put on. However, nothing moved the needle; it only left me tired, hungry and exhausted because I tried cutting my calories and restricting foods. I often had trouble making it through the day without a mid afternoon nap or coffee to keep me going. Insulin resistance is a spectrum. We can have anywhere from a very mild case to full-blown type ll diabetes, but if we don't take control of this... over time your blood sugar levels will go up, for your doctor to suggest medication to control your blood sugar. Here’s the thing: there are natural solutions to change your situation to prevent going on medication or perhaps lower your dose if you're on meds now! Most often, insulin resistance can be managed by diet and lifestyle changes! If insulin resistance isn’t a challenge for you, do you want to increase your energy, lose weight, and sleep better?
